All marketing and brand services involve risk. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Past performance (impressions, followers, leads, revenue) does not predict future outcomes.
Services. Branding, content, and AI‑assisted services are offered by Gelee AI, Inc. ("Gelee"), a Canadian corporation organized under the CBCA. Gelee is not a law firm, accounting firm, medical provider, broker‑dealer, investment adviser, or bank, and does not provide legal, tax, medical, or investment advice. You should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
Payments. Payment processing is provided by third‑party processors (e.g., Stripe, Inc.). Gelee does not store full payment card numbers. Funds paid to Gelee are not deposits and are not insured by the CDIC/FDIC.
Scheduling, forms & analytics. Scheduling and form intake may be enabled through third‑party platforms (e.g., Cal.com). Analytics and event tracking may be enabled via Google Analytics 4 and/or PostHog. See our Cookie Notice and Subprocessors page for details and choices.
AI features. Certain features use third‑party AI model providers to assist with research, drafting, or analysis. Where supported, we disable provider model‑training on your inputs by default. If a provider cannot disable training, we will disclose the provider and obtain consent or offer an alternative.
Client content & platforms. Client content remains the property of the client per contract. You are responsible for obtaining any third‑party rights, approvals, or platform permissions necessary for publication. Social platforms (e.g., X/Twitter, LinkedIn) may remove or demote content at their sole discretion under their policies.
Testimonials & estimates. Testimonials, case studies, and examples are illustrative and may not be typical. Any time/cost estimates are good‑faith projections, not guarantees.
Privacy. Gelee processes personal information in accordance with PIPEDA (Canada), GDPR/UK‑GDPR (EU/UK), and CCPA/CPRA (California) where applicable. See our Security, Compliance & Privacy Policy for your rights (access, correction, deletion, objection, portability) and how to exercise them.
International transfers. Personal information may be processed outside your province/state or country. We rely on appropriate transfer safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses and UK Addendum) with our vendors.
